NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week program offered by Evergreen Senior Living.

This program is designed to provide family caregivers with the tools to increase self-care and confidence. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn strategies to reduce stress, change negative self-talk, communicate more effectively, recognize the messages in their emotions, and deal with difficult feelings. Participants will also meet other family caregivers who are facing the same rewards and challenges as they care for a loved one.

Registration is required and space is limited for this class. Registration begins Tuesday, March 5 at 9:00 am.
