Library Closed for Christmas

NPL will be closed Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25 for the Christmas holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on December 26.

Board Members

Our Board of Trustees is a group of seven Normal citizens who are chosen through local elections for six-year terms.

Meetings

The Board meets at 6 pm once a month to discuss library issues and plans. Meetings are open to the public and include a designated time for public comments.
