NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.
Things are getting wild at NPL! We will have zoo crafts, scavenger hunts and escape-room-style challenges on the Children’s floor all morning. At 9:30 and 10:30, educators from Miller Park Zoo will teach us about several different critters. The first 100 attendees will be admitted to each of the Zoo-To-You sessions in the Community Room.
This activity is for kids of all ages.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult age 16 or older at all summer activities. If you have questions about supervision requirements, please ask!
This free activity is part of our Reading Takes You Everywhere Summer Reading Program for kids. You do not have to be registered for Summer Reading to attend this activity, but it is encouraged!
