NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Normal Public Library and the Town of Normal invite you to interact with a story through "I Spy" activities and a stroll through Mark R. Peterson Plaza in Uptown Normal!

Our Snowmen at Night Story Walk begins the afternoon of January 4 and continues through noon on Friday, January 22. The Story Walk will be installed on the windows on the east side of Uptown Station at 11 Uptown Circle in Uptown Normal.

Our Story Walks are self-guided and suitable for kids of all ages and their families. Enjoy the Story Walk with your family any time that's convenient for you. Please continue to follow social distancing guidelines!
