Story Walk: Mouse Paint Begins!

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

NPL and Normal Parks and Recreation invite you to interact with a story through games, activities, and a walk in the park.

Our Story Walks are self-guided and suitable for kids of all ages and their families.

Our Mouse Paint Story Walk will be installed at Carden Park through June 28. Additional Story Walks will begin on June 29 at Anderson Park and July 13 at Hidden Creek Nature Sanctuary.

Story Walks will be set up so that your family can enjoy at a time that's convenient for you within the Park's open hours. Please continue to follow social distancing guidelines!
