School Supply Drive ends

Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

We will be hosting a school supply drive for the Normal Community and Normal West High School from July 23 through August 10. For every donated supply, patrons will be able to have $1 of fines forgiven or one free DVD rental.

Needed supplies include:
three-ring binders
pencils
new or gently used back packs
pocket folders
colored pencils
black/blue pens
spiral notebooks
loose leaf paper packages

We are collecting for the Back 2 School Alliance. Please bring supplies to the Circulation Desk.
