School Supply Drive begins

Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

We're hosting a school supply drive for students at Unit 5 high schools for the Back 2 School Alliance from July 23 through August 10.

Bring supplies to the main desk on the first floor. For each donated supply, you get $1 of fines forgiven on your library card or one free DVD rental that day.

Needed supplies include:

three-ring binders
pencils
new or gently used backpacks
pocket folders
colored pencils
black or blue pens
spiral notebooks
loose leaf paper packages
