Event Details
How often do your kids throw items into the trash without ever thinking twice about it? This program will teach our youngest community members about the problems associated with generating too much waste, and how easily they can be a part of the solution by sticking to the 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, plus we might even talk about composting!
Children will learn about these concepts through a fun sorting activity and leave with the knowledge of what is recyclable in our community.
This Ecology Action Center class is appropriate for kids 6-10 years of age, but all are welcome.
