The Town of Normal’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program would like the public’s feedback on its proposed 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020-2021 Action Plan for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) priorities and objectives for spending in the community. Those with thoughts on the five-year Consolidated Plan and annual Action Plan or who would like to learn more about the CDBG Program in general are encourage to attend a public hearing beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Café on the first floor of the library. The 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan will be discussed from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the 2020-2021 Action Plan then discussed from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Any and all residents are encouraged to attend this public hearing to learn more about upcoming community development initiatives and share perspectives and thoughts.
