Ken Kashian visited Weston Cemetery, a nature preserve in rural central Illinois, in all seasons, taking photographs. Kathleen Kirk responded to the photos with tiny poems. The photos, poems, an essay by Bill Kemp, and other materials were assembled by Ken into a handmade artist book titled Fugue. Ken will present his work in a slide show, with Kathleen reading the short poems.
The event is supported by the Normal Public Library Foundation.
