Library Closed for Thanksgiving

NPL will be closed at 5 pm Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on November 30.

Interested in true crime and mysteries? Join us for NPL’s new Crime Club! Each session features an expert speaker on that date’s theme, discussion of a book, podcast, or Youtube episode, and our own attempt to ‘crack the case’ on a mystery large or small. Our April theme: Criminal Investigation. Expert speaker: Lieutenant Tim Edmiaston, Criminal Investigation Division, Normal Police Department. Warning: Content discussed at this session may include graphic details of violent crimes against persons, including wrongful death or homicide. This event is intended for adults. Registration is required and space is limited.
