Learn how to create a paper quilling project with Sheri! The tools spotlighted in this video are assembled into two Paper Quilling Kits. These kits are ready for check out from the Library of Things collection here at NPL. 

This video will be available on our YouTube channel and on Facebook beginning at 10 am and is intended for crafters of all ages.
