An Inside Look is a collaboration between Normal Public Library and Heartland Theatre, giving the audience a chance to meet the director and designers of each production. The library provides scripts and related materials, and the theatre provides insight on the creative process.

The current production is VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE, by Christopher Durang, a wacky comedy with Chekhov in the background, running April 3-19, 2025.

This offsite event takes place at Heartland Theatre, 1110 Douglas St. in Normal, in the Community Activity Center at One Normal Plaza.
