An Inside Look is a collaboration between Normal Public Library and Heartland Theatre, giving the audience a chance to meet the director and designers of each production.

The current production is THE LIFESPAN OF A FACT, by Jeremy Kareken & David Murrell and Gordon Farrell, opening February 2, and directed by Tom Dzurison. The play is based on the book The Lifespan of a Fact, by John D’Agata and Jim Fingal, available at the Normal Public Library. The library provides scripts and related materials available for checkout, and the theatre provides insight on the creative process.

This offsite event takes place at the theatre at 1110 Douglas St. in Normal, in the Community Activity Center at One Normal Plaza.
