Library Closed for Thanksgiving

NPL will be closed at 5 pm Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on November 30.

An Inside Look is a collaboration between Normal Public Library and Heartland Theatre, giving the audience a chance to meet the director and designers of each production.

The current production is Suddenly Last Summer, by Tennessee Williams, opening September 1, and directed by Tom Mitchell. The library provides scripts and related materials available for checkout, and the theatre provides insight on the creative process.

This event takes place at the theatre at 1110 Douglas St. in Normal, in the Community Activity Center at One Normal Plaza.
