Experiment With Art, provided by Illinois Art Station will provide children with a playful, creative space to experiment with art supplies and discover how to create meaningful art works.
Today's class is Watercolor Wonderland. Additional classes will be offered monthly on Monday nights, October - December.
Classes will be taught and guided by teaching artists committed to helping students learn to express ideas through visual art. This program is brought to the library by Illinois Art Station, a project of Illinois State University. Illinois Art Station is an arts center and educational resource that is committed to fostering creative thinking and expression in the visual arts.
This class is for kids in Kindergarten through 3rd grade with an accompanying caregiver. Registration is required and space is limited.
