Eat, Drink, & Give Back to Normal Public Library with Confections & Cocktails for a Cause.
Epiphany Farm's Chef and Mixologist have created custom cake and cocktail recipes for you to order in a kit from the Library. Your kit will contain special ingredients to make an 8-inch Goofy Love Cake and two Love Potion Cocktails, along with step-by-step videos on how to turn your ingredients into delicious drinks and dessert. You'll also get a romantic comedy DVD to keep!
Ingredients for the Goofy Love Cake include vanilla, water, sugar, cocoa powder, all purpose flour, milk, baking powder, butter, and egg. You'll need mixing bowls, a rolling pin, mixer and an oven. Love Potion Cocktails include lemon infused vodka, a splash of gin, rosé syrup, and cherry shrub.
Kits are $50 and serve two adults. Kits can be picked up at Epiphany Farms on May 15. We may also be able to arrange a different pick up day.
A limited supply of tickets is available. Tickets are on sale while supplies last or until May 12. Tickets can be purchased anytime on Eventbrite or at the Library beginning May 7.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will go to the Normal Public Library Foundation.
