Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Normal Public Library is excited to join Make Music Normal by celebrating music throughout the day and throughout the town!

Our final act of the day is The Coneflowers!

The Coneflowers are a group of fierce women who love to make music on our day off. Members include accomplished local bluegrass, folk, choral, and classical musicians. They have a loyal following in the C-U area, and have performed at Champaign and Urbana Public Libraries, Ananda Liina Conscious House Concerts, C-U Folk & Roots Festival, Urbana Park District, Champaign Farmer’s Market, UIUC Spurlock Museum, Resist Art Show, and Amasong concerts.
