Library Closed for Thanksgiving

NPL will be closed at 5 pm Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on November 30.

CDBG Substantial Amendment Public Hearing – March 31st @ 5:30

Town staff will present proposed amendments to the 2020-2024 Community Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan.  Community members will have an opportunity to make public comment on the proposed changes.  The draft amended Consolidated Plan can be found on the Town’s website at https://www.normal.org/105/Community-Development-Block-Grant from March 18th to April 18th.
