Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

The Town of Normal is working with the City of Bloomington to improve housing and neighborhoods with approximately $1 million in federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding received each year to drive that work forward.  In partnership with the McLean County Regional Planning Commission, the Town and City are working on a 5-year plan to allocate these scarce resources to best meet the needs of the communities.

Any and all residents are encouraged to attend this public meeting to learn more about community development initiatives and share perspectives and thoughts.
