Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

Event Details

The Town of Normal’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program would like the public’s feedback on its Consolidated Plan. Those with thoughts or who would like to learn more about the CDBG Program are encouraged to attend a public hearing to take place at 5 p.m. in the Café on the first floor of the library.
