NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

In Celebration of Children's Book Week, popular book character Bruce the Bear will be visiting NPL!

Stop by for one of our Bruce the Bear Meet & Greets on April 30 from 6-7 pm, May 1 from 10-11 am, or May 2 from 10-11 am.

Then join us on May 4 from 10 am-12 pm as we celebrate all things Bruce! Enjoy a Bruce Story Hour at 10:30, followed by Bruce craft and game stations. Bruce will also be here that day, so don't forget your camera so you can take pictures!

These events are best for kids ages 3-7 and fans of the Bruce the Bear books. Kids under 8, be sure to bring your grown-up!
