Library Closed for Thanksgiving

NPL will be closed at 5 pm Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on November 30.

Join us in celebrating Asian history and culture throughout the library! Learn, participate and celebrate with many different performances and activities, including tea tasting, Thai dance, Rangoli art, and Asian snacks and sweets (some allergens may be present) to name a few. Come for few programs or stay all day! Registration is required for some programs. 

Asian Heritage Celebration Program

Tea Culture and Tasting, demonstrator Dr. T.Y. Wang, Community Room B

Join us to discuss the history of tea in Asian culture and continue the learning by tasting different varieties of tea. This program is led by Dr. T Y Wang and ISU AsiaConnect. Space is limited - sign up soon!
