Library Closed for Thanksgiving

NPL will be closed at 5 pm Wednesday, November 27 and remain closed Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29 for the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on November 30.

Event Details

Illinois State University’s AsiaConnect members and friends will share their love of language via poetry at the Normal Public Library. We invite you to join us to appreciate the beautiful words in various cultures, such as Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Dutch, Korean, Spanish, and more, on Nov. 4 at noon. International Poetry Reading is a free event that features international faculty and staff’s talents and the quest for humanity, organized by AsiaConnect yearly.
