Library Closed for Independence Day

NPL will be closed Thursday, July 4 for the Independence Day holiday. Our Fell Avenue lot bookdrop and off-site bookdrops will remain available. We will reopen at 9 am on July 5.

A parent and child book club event!

Grab your grownup and join us as we meet Margaret Peterson Haddix among the readers. Read the first book in the Shadow Children series, Among the Hidden, together, before the event and then participate in this special opportunity to hear about the book straight from the creator herself! Search for copies of the book at the library here. 

This event is intended for kids ages 8-15, but all ages are welcome. Since this is a parent and child book club event, parents (or other grownups) must stay for the entire activity.

Registration is required and will begin on April 13 at 9am.
